Trained as an Interior Architect in Paris and Göteborg, Christina has worked for award-winning Architecture & Design practices in Göteborg, London, and Amsterdam.
She worked on ambitious projects across Europe and Asia, including: the Grand Hotel Portals Nous in Mallorca, Spain; and Maison Decorté in Tokyo, Japan, which she completed while working as a Project Leader at Marcel Wanders Studio. Since founding Studio C Tubman in 2017 Christina has consulted on and realised projects in the Netherlands, and the US including New York City.
With Swedish and Liberian heritage, Christina’s upbringing spanned West Africa and Europe. She grew up speaking English, French, and Swedish so travelling and translating between cultures comes easily. Christina’s innate curiosity, adaptability and cultural fluency are clearly visible in her work, which celebrates spaces by exploring the possibilities of structure, light, and furnishings.
